The Mongol Rally has no predefined route, only a start line and finish line. So we have put our heads together and with a little help from Google Maps have come up with what we think is the perfect route! Starting from Bristol we travel down to the start line in Prague, heading south east through Europe to Istanbul. We next head across to travel under the Caspian Sea then up through the “Stans” and into Mongolia. Finally heading north into Russia to the finish line at Ulan-Ude. After a brief and alcohol-free celebration (cough, cough, wink, wink) we have decided that we are too attached to our little car and we want to carry on the adventure by driving him back home! This time taking the northern route, through Russia, into Eastern Europe and back home to Bristol. Check out our route below and let us know if there is something we shouldn’t miss!
